Required Documents for Mortgage Application
Salaried - Resident- Copy of Passport, Visa and EID.
- Salary Certificate addressed to respective bank.
- Latest 6 months’ salary slips (Only required if there is Salary variance).
- Latest 6 calendar months’ salary a/c statement (Bank a/c).
- Details of existing liabilities (if any) like Auto Loan, Personal Loan or Credit Cards with bank name & limits.
- If Current employment is less than 24 months - Previous Employment proof required.
- For Golden Visa Holder – Labor Contract or Labor ID Required.
Self-Employed - Resident
- Valid passport, Visa, Emirates ID copy.
- Valid Trade license copy.
- Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association with all amendments.
- 12-month Company Bank statements.
- 12 months Bank Statement of personal account.
- Telephone bill of office.
- Audited Financial statements for the last 3 years (2 books) - If Available.
- Copy of facility letters from the banks where the company has availed facilities (If any).
- Company profile / Website Link
- VAT Certificate.
- VAT Returns statements & VAT payment receipts of last 4 quarters (if applicable).
- Liability details under personal name (credit cards limit, auto loan EMI, personal loan EMI, Mortgage EMI) – if any.
- AECB report of Individual applying for Mortgage (Link - https://aecb.gov.ae/).
Salaried – Non-Resident
- Color copy of passport (All Pages).
- Copy of any National ID.
- 6 months bank statement (Salary Account).
- 6 months’ salary slips.
- Salary Certificate.
- Latest Resident address proof (any utility bill).
- Updated CV.
Note: All the documents should be translated in English from any translation company in UAE
Self-Employed – Non-Resident
- Color copy of passport (All Pages).
- Copy of any National ID.
- Latest Resident Address proof (any utility bill).
- Latest 6 months bank statement (Personal account).
- Company Ownership Documents (Share Holding certificate, MOA & AOA, Certificate of Incorporation).
- Company Website or Profile.
Note: All the documents should be translated in English from any translation company in UAE.
